Hockey West Island provides goalie equipment for U7 and U9 goalies who wish to try it out during the season. We also have a limited number of goalie items available for older players. 

While hockey equipment *can* be very expensive, there are many ways to save costs including buying good quality used equipment from sites such as VarageSale, and Facebook Marketplace, used sports equipment stores, or from HWI members. 

HWI also has its own Facebook group where you can post or sell used hockey equipment.
