If you are a current Hockey West Island team manager, coach, or assistant, (or thinking about becoming one) you need to have filled out a police background check form and possess a current Volunteer Card from either Pointe-Claire or Dorval.
If you *already have* a Volunteer Card, they need to be renewed every two years.
To beat the autumn rush, contact Pointe-Claire or Dorval ASAP to pick up a police form and information about their Volunteer Cards.
